Matcha Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients :
  • 1 serving(5gm) of Matcha Collagen
  • 1 cup milk (skimmed or whole)
  • 1 cup fresh berries or bananas or a pulpy fruit of your choice
  • A handful of ice-cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
Method :
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend untill smooth
  3. Relish your healthy smoothie








Matcha Collagen Latte

Ingredients :
  • 1 serving(5gm) of Matcha Collagen
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk (skimmed or whole)
  • Sugar or sweetener as per taste
Method :
  1. Add Matcha Collagen to a cup
  2. Whisk the powder to ensure there are no lumps
  3. Add hot water and whisk till smooth
  4. Add sugar or sweetener as per taste
  5. Gently stir in the milk
  6. Relish your latte with freshly baked cookies






Matcha Collagen Mint Tea

Ingredients :
  • 1 serving(5gm) of Matcha Collagen
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sugar or sweetener as per taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • A handful of ice-cubes
Method :
  1. Add Matcha Collagen to a bowl
  2. Whisk the powder to ensure there are no lumps
  3. Add hot water and whisk till smooth
  4. Add the above and remaining ingredients (except ice) to a drink shaker
  5. Shake vigorously
  6. Add ice-cubes in a tall glass and pour the drink over ice
  7. A refreshing ice-tea is ready
